Telesales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Tele-Sales Co-Ordinator with strong English communication skills to generate leads, follow up on quotations, and support sales operations through ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to new and existing clients
• Follow up on quotations and negotiate pricing
• Create quotations and clients in ERP system
• Schedule client appointments and meetings
• Maintain client data in Excel/ERP
• Prepare daily and scheduled sales reports
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp

Requirements:
Good communication skills in English (mandatory)
Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

Preferred Skills:

• Confident telephone manner
• Target-oriented mindset
• Good organizational skills
