Telesales Executive

Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Noida sec-2 C-72 2nd floor

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for explaining products/services, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM
  • Follow up with interested leads regularly
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements & Skills

  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi (or as required)
  • Confident and persuasive speaking ability
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
  • Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
  • Prior telesales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
