Job Title: Telecaller Sales
Salary: Up to AED 2,500/month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecaller Sales to join our manpower supply company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, managing client inquiries, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth. The role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Contact potential clients through outbound & Inbound calls to introduce our manpower supply services and generate sales leads.
  • Client Interaction: Provide information about our manpower supply services and answer client queries.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule meetings for the Sales Executives and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and preparation for client meetings.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with clients to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
  • Documentation: Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals, and contracts as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Language: Proficiency in Hindi (Required).
  • Experience: Experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the manpower supply or recruitment industry.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner.
  • Strong persuasion skills and ability to handle objections.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
