SEEE Technologies is a growing solar energy solutions provider in Rawalpindi. We specialize in delivering affordable and sustainable solar power systems. We are looking for Telesales Executives who are motivated, energetic, and target-driven to join our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company.
• Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects until conversion.
• Explain solar products and services to customers in a convincing manner.
• Schedule client meetings/site surveys for the technical team.
• Assist in preparing basic proposals/quotations for clients.
• Focus on achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain daily call logs and reports to monitor performance.

Requirements:

• Education: Simple BA / Bachelor’s degree (Preference for Electrical Engineering graduates).
• Experience: Fresh to 1 year experience in telesales/customer service (solar sales experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong focus on calling efficiency, follow-up discipline, and target achievement.
• Must be from Rawalpindi/Islamabad.
