Telesales Executive (Immigration)

Lahore, Pakistan

We are looking for a motivated and confident Remote Telesales Executive to join our immigration services team. This is a phone-based sales role focused on calling, following up with leads, and enrolling clients into our immigration services. The role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to close sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound enquiries.
  • Clearly explain immigration services and processes to clients.
  • Follow up regularly with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email until conversion.
  • Enroll clients into immigration services, ensuring smooth onboarding and documentation.
  • Manage both warm leads (from marketing) and cold calling when needed.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales and enrollment targets.
  • Record and maintain accurate client information in CRM systems.
  • Build long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage referrals.
  • Keep updated on immigration policies and services to provide accurate information.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in telesales, call centre, or sales role (immigration/education preferred).
  • Core Skills:
  • Excellent telephone manner and persuasive communication skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
