Telesales Executive (Kannada Speaking)

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive (Kannada Speaking) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in Kannada, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to generate sales through effective calling and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Clearly explain loan/finance products and resolve customer queries in Kannada.
  • Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into successful sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales outcomes in CRM.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/weekly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales/telecalling or a similar sales role.
  • Fluency in Kannada (mandatory). Hindi/English knowledge will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented.
  • Minimum educational qualification: Graduate / Diploma (preferred).
