Telesales Executive (SEO Campaign)

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, emailing, and social selling.

Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and offer tailored tech solutions.

Present and demonstrate Company’s services to prospects via virtual meetings or in-person sessions.

Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools.

Collaborate with the Business Development Consultant and technical team to close deals.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Provide post-sales support and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

1+ years of sales experience, preferably in IT services or software.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation techniques.

Basic understanding of web and mobile development services is a plus.

Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month + inc/sale
