Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products and services, and ensuring an excellent customer experience while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our products & services.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales.

· Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.

· Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies.

Requirements:

· Female candidates only.

· Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role is preferred.

· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

· A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
