Telesales Officer ( Tamil )

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Pitch products or services and explain their benefits clearly.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Generate qualified leads and close sales over the phone.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and sales using CRM software.
• Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle objections and negotiate to maximize sales opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service during and after the sale.
