Telesales Real Estate Agent

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Agent to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and converting inquiries into successful property deals in the Dubai market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads
  • Present and promote property listings to prospective buyers/tenants
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and database follow-ups
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client information
  • Achieve monthly sales and call targets

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in telesales or sales (real estate experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality
  • Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
  • Fluency in English (Arabic & Hindi is a plus)
