Telesales Representative

Job Description
We are looking for fresh and energetic Telesales Representatives to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, promoting our freight forwarding services, and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients via phone to introduce Express Shipping and Logistics services.
• Generate leads and follow up on inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Provide accurate information about our freight forwarding and logistics solutions.
• Maintain a record of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company services to effectively communicate with clients.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Intermediate (Higher education is a plus).
• Experience: No prior experience required; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales techniques (training provided).
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
• Availability: Willing to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
• Language: Fluency in English and Urdu (additional languages are a plus).
