Job Description: Tele-Sales & Lead Generation Specialist (Part-Time)

Location: In-Office (Doha, Qatar)

Schedule: Part-Time (4 hours daily)

Focus: Education Technology, Corporate Training, & Digital Solutions

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Tele-Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to drive growth across our cutting-edge technology portfolios. This role is perfect for a persuasive communicator who can articulate the value of high-tech solutions—ranging from Virtual Reality (VR) in classrooms to immersive corporate training and advanced digital signage. Your goal is to bypass gatekeepers, engage decision-makers, and secure high-value demonstrations.

Target Categories

  • Education: Virtual Reality (VR) solutions for schools and universities.
  • Corporate: Immersive VR training programs for workforce development.
  • Events & Media: Event management services and digital signage solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Prospecting: Conduct targeted outbound calls to educational institutions (Principals/IT Heads), Corporate HR/Training Managers, and Event Organizers.
  • Lead Qualification: Identify the specific pain points of a prospect and determine how our VR or digital signage solutions can solve them.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule product demonstrations, site visits, or discovery meetings for our technical sales team.
  • Market Feedback: Gather insights on competitor activity or specific client needs within the VR and digital media space.
  • CRM Tracking: Maintain precise records of all interactions, ensuring a clean pipeline for the senior sales staff.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Tech-Savvy: A genuine interest in Virtual Reality, digital media, and educational technology is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Fluent, professional, and persuasive verbal communication skills. English is mandatory, Arabic is advantage.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to handle objections, especially when pitching "future-tech" solutions like VR.
  • Persistence: High energy and resilience to maintain performance during a focused 4-hour calling window. Mainly 8 am - 12 pm on daily basis
  • Education: Background in Marketing, Business, or IT is a plus.
