Telesales Representative

We Are looking for reliable and energetic call center Representative to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers to promote our products/services, generate leads and close sales.If you have great communication skills and love helping people, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities ;

• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or promote product/services.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions.Meet or exceed team performance
• Maintain detailed and accurate record of customer interactions.

Requirements;

• Experience candidates required and freshers can also apply.
• Excellent communication skills in (English verbal and written).
• Strong active listening and problem -solving skills.
• Ability to multitasking , prioritize and manage time effectively.
