Telesales Representative (American Accent Required)

Role Overview

As a Telesales Representative, you will be the voice of our content services—initiating contact with prospects, managing inbound client calls, closing deals, and nurturing client relationships. Your mission: convert leads into delighted, long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Outbound Calls

Make outbound calls to U.S.-based leads to discuss prospects for content writing services and generate interest.

  • Lead Conversion & Sales Closing

Effectively pitch services over the phone, handle objections, and convert leads into paying clients.

  • Inbound Call & Project Management

Field inbound client calls, gather project details accurately, document them, and schedule follow-ups.

  • Service Explanation

Clearly explain our content writing offerings—blog posts, articles, SEO copy, etc.—highlighting the value and ROI.

  • Client Feedback & Data Updates

Proactively collect feedback on completed projects and update our CRM and internal systems to reflect client satisfaction and insights.

  • Upselling & Account Expansion

Identify opportunities to upsell clients on additional content services—whether blog series, newsletters, or long‑term contracts.

Must-Have Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience closing sales over the phone, especially with U.S.-based B2B or B2C leads
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
  • Excellent active listening, empathy, and client rapport-building ability
  • Able to gather details and feedback clearly and efficiently
  • Experience using CRM tools—logging calls, updating client details, tracking upsell opportunities
  • Comfortable working to targets and KPIs (call volume, conversion rate, revenue)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
