Telesales Representative (AR/EN)

Doha, Qatar

Telesales Agent will engage with potential and existing customers via phone to promote, sell, and provide information about the company's products and services. They will handle customer inquiries, identify sales opportunities and build strong relationships to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.


Accountability & Responsibilities of Role:

  • Contact customers to promote products/services, explain their features, and address customer queries.
  • Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections effectively, providing clear solutions and benefits to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Follow communication scripts and adapt to different customer needs.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and increase repeat sales.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services as opportunities arise.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet organizational objectives.
  • Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.


Position Requirements:


  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Telesales, Call Centre, or sales roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills in bilingual languages (English and Arabic).
  • Good knowledge of the company’s products/services and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts and handle high call volumes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
