Telesales Representative (Freshers Welcome!)

Key One Realty Group is urgently looking for motivated, confident, and goal-oriented Telesales Representatives to join our growing real estate team. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply — full training will be provided. If you have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling
• Promote property listings and developer projects
• Set appointments for sales agents
• Follow up with interested clients
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system •
• Meet daily and monthly call targets
• Handle client inquiries professionally
• Support the sales team in closing deals

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)
• Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality
• Willingness to meet daily call targets
• Knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems
• Ability to start immediately is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
