Telesales Specialist

This is a part-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, pitching the firm’s legal services, and converting leads into clients. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining call records, providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to improve sales strategies.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Effective Communication and Sales abilities
• Experience in providing Training as needed
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Cairo, Egypt
• Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
