Temporary Recruiter (2-Month Contract)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Temporary Recruiter to join our HR team on a 2-month contract. In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities during a high-volume hiring period, ensuring an efficient, professional, and candidate-focused process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment databases.
• Assist with offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.
• Support HR projects or talent initiatives as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment processes.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions and meet deadlines under pressure.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
