Temporary Recruitment Specialist (3 Months)- Healthcare Experience

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist/Recruitment Assistant to support our HR team on a 3-month temporary contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews, and offers).
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Ensure smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Specialist /Assistant
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably on own visa (Freelance/Family/Spouse visa).
• Available to join immediately.

Contract Duration: 3 months (with possibility of extension based on performance & business needs).
