Job Title: Tender Executive

Location: Gurugram Head Office
Reporting To: Manager – Business Development / Tendering Head

Job Summary:

The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process from identifying potential opportunities to preparing and submitting bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and track new tender opportunities through online portal.
• Study and analyze tender documents (technical specifications, commercial terms, BOQ, etc.) and prepare queries or clarifications as required.
• Prepare and compile pre-qualification documents, technical bids, and commercial offers in line with client requirements.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of submitted tenders, pricing history, and tender outcomes.
• Follow up with clients on bid status, negotiations, and post-tender clarifications.
• Assist in vendor registration, prequalification processes, and documentation with government and private clients.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, or Commerce / Business Administration.
• Experience: 3-5 years (preferably in tendering or contracts within construction, fabrication, EPC, or infrastructure industry).
• Skills Required:
• Knowledge of government and private tendering procedures (GeM, CPPP, e-procurement portals).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender management software/portals.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
