Tender Secretary – Construction

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Secretary with experience in the construction industry to support our tendering team in managing tender documentation, coordination, and submissions. The ideal candidate should be well organized and capable of handling multiple tender processes within strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and organize tender invitations and documents.
  • Download and manage tender documents from online portals.
  • Maintain tender logs and submission schedules.
  • Compile technical and commercial tender documents.
  • Coordinate with Estimators, Engineers, and Suppliers for required information.
  • Ensure all tender submissions are completed and submitted before deadlines.
  • Prepare correspondence related to tender clarifications and submissions.
  • Maintain records of submitted tenders and related documentation.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience UAE/GCC in construction tendering or administrative support
  • Familiarity with tender portals and document submission procedures.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience working in UAE/GCC construction companies will be an advantage.
