We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Female Tender Secretary with experience in the construction industry to support the tendering team in managing tender documentation, coordination, and submissions. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple tender processes within strict deadlines and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and organize tender invitations and related documents.
- Download and manage tender documents from online portals.
- Maintain tender logs, submission schedules, and document tracking records.
- Compile technical and commercial tender documents for submission.
- Coordinate with Estimators, Engineers, Suppliers, and Subcontractors for required information and documents.
- Ensure all tender submissions are completed accurately and submitted before deadlines.
- Prepare correspondence related to tender clarifications, submissions, and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper filing and records of submitted tenders and related documentation.
- Perform general administrative support for the tender department.
- Handle confidential documents with professionalism and accuracy.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of UAE/GCC experience in construction tendering or administrative support.
- Familiarity with tender portals and online document submission procedures.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fast typing skills with good accuracy are mandatory.
- Female candidates are highly preferred.
- Preferred age: 25–28 years.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience working in UAE/GCC construction companies will be an added advantage.
- Strong multitasking and document management skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
