Tendering & Documentation Officer

We’re hiring a skilled Tendering & Documentation Officer with real-world experience in construction tenders, documentation, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor PPRA, newspapers, and supplier portals for relevant tenders.
  • Prepare and submit BOQs, bidding documents, and tender proposals.
  • Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to gather required inputs.
  • Follow up on contracts, payments, enlistments, and bid outcomes.
  • Maintain organized tender documentation and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in construction or engineering projects.
  • Must have hands-on experience with public and private sector tenders, including BOQ document submissions.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to prepare professional tender documents.
  • Candidates with engineering or construction office experience and a background in proposal/bid preparation will be given priority.

Retired Armed Forces personnel (with admin or logistics experience) are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation:

  • Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 (based on experience)
  • Performance-based commissions awarded on successful tenders/contracts, in addition to base salary
