Stratum Reservoir is hiring a Junior Tender & Commercial Administrator/Coordinator for our Abu Dhabi office. This role supports the daily preparation and coordination of high-quality tenders and client proposals, ensuring our submissions clearly reflect Stratum’s capabilities and service offerings.


Scope of work:


  • Facilitate efficient administration of bids, bid reviews and associated bid documentation as well as awarded contracts and service orders.
  • Assist with production of final bid documents and submission of proposal as per client’s specified deadline
  • Ensure compliance of submission with client requirements and proofread proposals for accuracy, quality writing and marketing communications standards.
  • Manage e-commerce customer submission portals(Ariba, Client portal,etc.)
  • Client Communication relating to the pre and post bid clarifications during the tendering stage.
  • Client Registration, Receipt of EOI, RFI, RFQ, RFP, Tenders,Budgetary Request, etc.
  • Coordination and communication with MEAand Global Lab Locations as per bid requirements
  • Assigning of Functional Reviews (Legal, Tax, Credit, QHSE, HR) and arranging bid bond or bank guarantee (Treasury) as per tenderand contract requirements
  • Arranging Meetingssuch as kick-off meeting and commercial reviewfor tender approval and contract handover for newly awarded projects
  • Assist in all proposalclose-out procedures includingsubmission archiving
  • PO/SO’s and Contract ReviewCoordination and ObtainingSignature
  • Updating and Monitoring MS Dynamics CRM as well as Contracts / Service Order records
  • New Account(Client) Creation Dynamics in MSD CRM and ERP
  • Other tasks as maybe required


Requirements:


  • Must be based in the UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
  • 1–2 years of experience in bid administration, bid reviews, and related documentation.
  • Strong English communication skills are essential; Arabic is an added advantage.
