Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Territory Manager to oversee and grow our business operations in the Gujranwala region. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets while maintaining a strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all sales activities within the assigned territory
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and product availability
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide performance updates to management
  • Ensure proper market coverage and product visibility across the territory

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, territory management, or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and achieve sales targets
  • Good knowledge of the local market, distribution channels, and industry trends
