Territory Sales Executive

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.

· Ensure primary (distributor) and secondary (retail) sales growth.

· Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective actions where required.

· Implement sales strategies to increase market share within the territory.

· Manage and develop the assigned sales territory effectively.

· Identify and develop new potential outlets and business opportunities.

· Maintain updated route plans and ensure proper market execution.

· Maintain strong coordination with distributors for order booking and stock availability.

· Monitor distributor stock levels to prevent out-of-stock situations.

· Ensure timely recovery of payments and maintain healthy receivables.

· Guide distributor sales staff to achieve secondary sales targets.

· Monitor product freshness, expiry dates, and storage conditions (especially chilled products like milk, yogurt, and cheese).

· Ensure compliance with cold chain requirements.

· Execute promotional activities and trade offers in the market.

· Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.

· Share regular market feedback with management.

· Identify opportunities for new product placements and expansions.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

· Maintain proper record of orders, payments, and sales data.

Submit expense claims and market visit reports timely.
