TERRITORY SALES MANAGER – KARACHI

Preferred Background: FMCG (Home Care/Kitchen Care)

Job Description:
Essa Consumer Products is seeking a dynamic and experienced TSM to drive sales & in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be able to:

· Establish distribution channels in areas.

· Build and maintain strong relationship with distributor and key accounts.

· Ensure effective execution of promotional & merchandising strategies.

· Provide regular sales report and insights to the management.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as an TSM/ASM or similar senior sales role, preferably in the similar sector.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.

· Result-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

· Willingness to travel within region as required.
