**Responsibilities:**
- Manage ticketing operations efficiently during evening shifts.
- Assist customers with travel inquiries and ticket reservations.
- Process ticket bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.

**Required Skills:**
- Minimum 3 years experience in ticketing within the Airlines/Aviation industry.
- Proficient in ticketing systems and reservation software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work during evening hours and handle high-pressure environments.

**Educational Qualification:**
Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism or related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
