TikTok Shop Account Manager (E-commerce Growth Specialist)

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced TikTok Shop Account Manager to join our e-commerce team. You will be responsible for managing and scaling our TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, creator collaborations, content strategy, and overall store performance.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and understands how to drive sales through organic content, creator partnerships, and platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize TikTok Shop account (product listings, pricing, promotions)
• Research and identify winning/viral products suitable for TikTok Shop
• Validate product demand using TikTok trends, competitors, and marketplace data
• Launch and test new products consistently
• Coordinate with content team (video editors & creators) to produce high-performing creatives
• Develop and execute TikTok Shop growth strategies (organic + affiliate + paid)
• Work with TikTok creators and affiliates to drive product sales
• Monitor performance metrics (CTR, conversion rate, ROAS) and optimize accordingly
• Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and best practices
• Handle day-to-day operations including order flow, product uploads, and troubleshooting
• Stay updated with TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop accounts (must have case studies or results)
• Strong understanding of TikTok organic growth and viral content strategies
• Experience working with creators, affiliates, or influencer outreach
• Knowledge of e-commerce fundamentals (pricing, margins, product-market fit)
• Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

• Experience running TikTok Ads
• Familiarity with Amazon, Shopify, or multi-channel selling
• Experience scaling products through TikTok affiliates
• Basic understanding of creative strategy (hooks, content angles)

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
