Digital Phantom is a fast-scaling digital marketing agency serving clients across Canada and the United States. We specialize in paid advertising, lead generation, branding, and performance-driven growth systems.
We are looking for a high-caliber Marketing Manager (Growth & Strategy Lead) who will spearhead all marketing initiatives — owning strategy, execution oversight, and cross-team coordination.
This is a leadership role designed for someone who can think strategically and execute operationally.
Role Overview
You will lead marketing strategy development, build campaigns from the ground up, and align closely with the sales team, SDRs, designers, and marketing specialists to drive measurable growth.
You must be comfortable working in Canadian and US time zones.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Develop full-funnel marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets
- Conceptualize and launch multi-channel campaigns (Meta, Google, Email, Funnels, etc.)
- Identify growth opportunities for both agency and client accounts
- Build quarterly and monthly campaign roadmaps
Team Coordination
- Work closely with SDRs to refine messaging and lead quality
- Align marketing initiatives with sales conversion strategies
- Coordinate with designers, media buyers, and content teams
- Ensure campaign execution meets performance KPIs
Performance & Optimization
- Analyze campaign performance and marketing metrics
- Improve cost-per-lead, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Present strategic reports and actionable insights
- Continuously optimize funnels and growth systems
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Proven experience leading marketing campaigns from strategy to execution
- Strong understanding of paid ads, lead generation, and funnel optimization
- Experience managing and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable working in Canadian & US time zones
Educational Preference:
Candidates from reputed institutions such as LUMS, IBA, or LSE will be strongly preferred.
