Job Overview

Xpo9tial Growth Consulting LLP is seeking a performance-driven TikTok Shop Ads & Influencer Management Specialist to lead paid advertising and creator partnerships across the USA and UK markets. This role is ideal for a candidate who combines analytical thinking with creative execution and has proven experience in scaling campaigns through TikTok Ads and influencer collaborations. Experience in the beauty and fragrance category will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize TikTok Shop advertising campaigns targeting USA and UK audiences
• Manage ad creatives, audience targeting, budgets, and overall campaign performance
• Identify, outreach, and collaborate with relevant TikTok influencers and content creators
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and affiliates
• Track and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, conversion rates, and engagement
• Work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad assets
• Stay updated on TikTok advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in TikTok Ads management and influencer or creator outreach
• Strong understanding of the USA and UK TikTok Shop ecosystem
• Experience in beauty and/or perfume niche is preferred
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and advertising platforms
