Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and process overtime, leaves, and absences for payroll calculations.
• Coordinate with HR and Payroll departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate employee compensation.
• Assist in enforcing company policies related to attendance and timekeeping.
• Prepare reports for management review regarding employee working hours and trends.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations regarding timekeeping and payroll.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in timekeeping, payroll processing, or a related role.
