To accurately record, maintain, and manage attendance, working hours, and manpower movements for all PMV personnel, ensuring timely submission of reports and compliance with company policies and payroll requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily attendance, absences, overtime, and site movements of PMV staff and operators.
- Maintain and update manpower deployment sheets, duty rosters, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and HR/payroll teams to verify and reconcile time records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance and overtime reports.
- Ensure accuracy of data entry into timekeeping systems or Excel sheets.
- Support payroll processing by submitting verified attendance and overtime data within deadlines.
- Track leave, sick days, and other absences and update records accordingly.
- Assist in mobilization and demobilization reports for operators and technicians.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee attendance and payroll-related data.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the PMV or HR department.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in administration preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Timekeeper, preferably in PMV, construction, or logistics sectors.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Fluency in English required; Hindi preferred.
