All Cape Fence is on the hunt for an A+ fence installer.

We've been on the Cape for 39 years and our business is booming. We’ve got so many projects on the go that we need another pair of hands! And we have big plans to make 2026 a great year!

Here’s what we need from you:

# Fence installation experience.

# Have a clean full Drivers license.

Your Responsibilities:

- While experience in carpentry or fencing is greatly advantageous, it's not essential, and we're open to training the right candidate.

- Hold a full clean drivers license to support your mobility on the job.

- Demonstrate the ability to work unsupervised, run your own jobs, and even mentor apprentices.

- Be honest, trustworthy, and take pride in your work, always delivering top-notch results.

- Excellent people skills to foster positive relationships with fellow workmates and customers.

- A problem solver who keeps a positive attitude
