Position: Tracing Advisor

Department: Customer Services (Backline complaint Management)

Location: PECHS Block 6, Karachi

• Gathering data of daily export shipments from operational report on daily basis.
• Compilation of monitoring sheets using multiple software reports.
• Monitoring of all daily export shipments till delivery.
• Any exceptions occur prior to delivery or in transit, timely information passed to internal & external customers.
• Coordination with network, shipper and consignee via phone calls, emails & EBS.
• Package collection request coming via email to be launched in the Oracle.

• Proficiency in tracking tools & systems.
• Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelors with 2-4 years of relevant work experience
