Position -Manager-Trade Scheme Management

Qualification- B.Com, MBA-Finance, CA

Scheme Portal Management

• Maintain and enhance NSP portal; design and implement a future-ready, agile Trade Scheme solution across all PIL verticals.
• Translate business needs into simple, compliant, and scalable processes.
• Monitor end-mile delivery of scheme benefits/gifts to ensure timely dealer receipt.
• Lead audits of existing and new schemes with DMS teams to prevent misuse and ensure expected outcomes.
• Drive central rollout of new schemes to promote cross-vertical purchases.

Compliance Tracking

• Ensure adherence to PIL guidelines for Quarterly and In-Bill payouts.
• Track sales returns and manage related reimbursement reversals with Divisions and Commercial teams.
• Monitor pending scheme/gift acknowledgements and coordinate closures with divisions.
