The Trade Marketing Supervisor role is a key opportunity to drive commercial excellence and impact customer engagement across Pakistan’s dynamic trade landscape. You will be responsible for implementing and executing trade marketing strategies, supervising a team of Trade Marketing Executives, and ensuring seamless alignment between field execution and business strategy.

This position reports directly to the Trade Marketing Manager, serving as the operational bridge between strategy and on-ground execution. Success in this role demands proactive leadership, commercial acumen, and a passion for developing people and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:


This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned region and trade universe.
  • Supervise and support Trade Marketing Executives, ensuring effective execution of plans and continuous professional growth.
  • Key Account management across LMT/IMT, Chain, Retail and Wholesale Universe.
  • Manage relationships with distributors and pharmacies to ensure effective execution of trade marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to maximize brand visibility and product availability in trade channels.
  • Ensure On shelf availability of must keep SKUs & negotiate opportunities for display enhancements and promotions.
  • Initiate and Execute Collaborate with Trade Customer Universe for their upskilling (Good Pharmacy Practices).
  • Prepare regular reports and present insights regarding campaign performance and market activities.
  • Initiate, Execute and Lead any trade customer related campaigns, activities and drives as per function strategy.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members/distributor resources to build long-term commercial capability and succession strength
  • Ensure compliance with GSK Ways of Workings.

Basic Qualification:


We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.( Master’s degree is an advantage)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or related roles. (In Pharma, Consumer Health or FMCG)
  • Demonstrated experience in people management is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Fluent in English and Urdu.


Preferred Qualification:


If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Experience in the Trade Marketing specific roles in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through trade marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with trade marketing tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Pakistan as needed.


This role is based in Karachi, Pakistan and requires on-site presence. Hybrid working options may be available depending on business needs.
