Trade Relations Specialist

Do you enjoy meeting new people and building genuine connections? Are you energized by face-to-face interaction and being out in the field instead of behind a desk?

We’re looking for a Trade Relations Specialist to help us build and grow relationships with local showrooms, designers, builders, and specialty retailers in the home improvement space.

This role is focused on relationship-building, outreach, and partnership development—not high-pressure sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reaching out to local designers, showrooms, and industry professionals to introduce our brand
  • Visiting local businesses to build relationships and identify partnership opportunities
  • Scheduling and conducting product presentations and follow-up meetings
  • Introducing our decorative hardware product lines and Trade Advantage program
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners in your territory
  • Tracking outreach, follow-ups, and relationships in our CRM
  • Representing our company professionally in the local market

You are opening doors and building connections—not grinding through aggressive quotas.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
