Trainee – Guest Services & Front Office (Hospitaly Traineeship)

Decimal Solution is offering a paid traineeship for individuals looking to launch their career in hospitality, customer service, and front office operations. This is a structured, hands-on training program based at an upscale venue in the heart of I-8/4, Islamabad.

You will learn all aspects of guest relations, front desk management, reservations, and billing while being mentored by experienced hospitality professionals. Successful trainees may be considered for long-term roles.

Both the interview process and daily work location are in I-8/4 – a major advantage for a short, convenient commute.

What You Will Learn & Do (with supervision)

• Manage front desk operations – guest check‑in/check‑out
• Handle reservation inquiries, confirmations, and basic billing/payment processing
• Maintain a welcoming, professional demeanor when addressing guest questions and concerns
• Communicate effectively in English and Urdu (verbal & written)
• Coordinate with internal venue teams to deliver a seamless guest experience

Who Can Apply

• Education: Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc) or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
• Experience: No prior experience needed – fresh candidates are encouraged to apply. (Any prior customer service, hospitality, or call center background is a bonus.)
• Languages: Must be fluent in English & Urdu (reading, writing, speaking).
• Location: You must be able to reliably commute to I-8/4, Islamabad for both the interview and daily shifts.
