Trainee Manager(Retail)

The Trainee Manager – Retail role at Liberty Books is designed to develop future retail leaders by providing hands-on training in store operations, sales management, and customer service. The trainee will work closely with the store management team to learn daily retail operations, including merchandising, inventory control, staff coordination, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to increase store traffic and expand the customer base.
• Achieve sales targets by training, motivating, and mentoring sales staff.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Handle outlet administration and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain outlet appearance and visual merchandising standards.
• Introduce innovative ideas to increase market share and sales.
• Lead by example with professional behavior and high performance.

Requirements

• Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–3 years of retail experience, ideally with some supervisory responsibility.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service mindset and understanding of basic retail management processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
