Trainee Planning Civil Engineer (Graduates of 2023-2024-2025)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Planning Civil Engineer to join our growing office-based team in Rawalpindi. Although the position is based in Pakistan, all our projects are located internationally – in the USA, Australia, and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in planning and analyzing large-scale civil projects abroad.
• Prepare and review technical drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation.
• Coordinate with international teams for project updates and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to international codes, standards, and best practices.
• Assist in preparing documentation, presentations, and technical reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
• Minimum CGPA: 3.00
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Must be able to interpret engineering drawings accurately

• This is an office-based role in Rawalpindi (no site work within Pakistan)
• All project work relates to our international contracts in the USA, Canada, and Australia
