Trainee Products Specialist

We are looking for Trainee Products Specialist and your day to day tasks would be:

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define product roadmaps and ensure alignment with customer and market needs.
  • Participate in defining product specifications, requirements, and features for cPaaS solutions.
  • Consistent in understanding, learning and improving knowledge about company's products & services.
  • Handling customer queries via company official tools, WhatsApp, Phone Calls, and Emails.
  • A key KPI is Handling onboarding requests from new customers to successfully onboard them.
  • Develop and executive strategies to secure new business by generating leads, cold calling, sales campaigns, and networking within the IT Industry.
  • Upselling/cross-selling within existing customer base.
  • Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth within the IT industry.
  • Setting & attending meetings & product demos both online or physically as per customer's requirements.
  • Assisting existing customer base of company with required customer support/service.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information.
  • Provide regular reports to the management on business development activities and outcomes.
  • Support Compliance: We have a culture maintained internally on 5-minutes email response, which means any email arriving in your inbox should be responded within 5-minutes, be it’s just a formal acknowledgment to customer on his query.
  • Ensure cPaaS product offerings remain competitive by monitoring industry trends and customer feedback.
  • Maintaining a regular follow up on open sales cases (leads) and updating the data within company’s CRM.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing corporate clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demos of our products portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
