About the Role

Digital Bonjour is hiring enthusiastic and skilled Digital Marketing Trainers who are passionate about teaching and shaping careers. If you have strong conceptual knowledge and hands-on experience in digital marketing tools, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Train students on Core Digital Marketing Modules:
• SEO, SEM, Google Ads
• Social Media Marketing
• Content Strategy
• Email Marketing
• Google Analytics
• WordPress basics
• Conduct live sessions, workshops, and practical assignments.
• Prepare training material, class activities, and assessments.
• Guide students through projects and help them build portfolios.
• Monitor student progress and maintain training quality.
• Stay updated with latest trends and share industry insights.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing concepts & tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify concepts for beginners.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.) is preferred.
• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google/Facebook) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate/PG (Any stream).
• Digital Marketing certification or project experience.

✅ JD 2: Business Development Executive

Location: Chandigarh
Experience: 0–3 Years
Salary: Competitive + Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and self-driven Business Development Executives who can help us grow our training programs and strengthen our student base.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through online/offline channels.
• Counsel students regarding courses, career paths, and training programs.
• Handle walk-ins, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and partners.
• Achieve monthly enrollment targets.
• Represent Digital Bonjour at seminars, workshops, and events.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in explaining course offerings and value propositions.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (training will be provided).
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate (Any stream).
• Freshers with a passion for sales & education technology are welcome.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
