We are seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator to support the development and delivery of our global training programs, ensuring our teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills to embody the spirit and excellence of our brand.


Your Mission

This role will provide administrative and coordination support for the Retail Education team. Responsible for coordinating both in-person and virtual training logistics, supporting the planning and execution of training events. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and oversee the monitoring, maintenance, and tracking of training budgets and expenses. Prepare reports and performance summaries related to training activities, handle internal communication and updates regarding training programs, and maintain oversight of training material storage and inventory to ensure organization and accessibility.


Your Impact


  • Oversee day-to-day training operations and logistics, including scheduling, venues, participant coordination, and materials.
  • Arrange travel and shipment logistics for participants and training resources.
  • Support trainers with preparation of materials and brand-related training needs.
  • Coordinate with departments and external vendors for events and material production.
  • Act as main liaison between retail stores and the training center, communicating all session details.
  • Manage and track training budgets, purchase orders, and invoices in line with finance procedures.
  • Monitor attendance, training hours, and performance dashboards; prepare regular reports.
  • Maintain organized storage and tracking systems for all training materials and kits.

Your Expertise


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience using MS office
  • The ideal candidate will be highly organized, meticulous, dependable, adaptable, trustworthy, and an effective communicator.
  • Should possess prior experience in handling administrative duties, as well as coordinating trainings and events.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, manage time efficiently, and resolve issues proactively; a strong team collaborator.
  • Capable of working independently and handling a variety of situations with confidence.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Maintain proper organization of items and products in storage, ensuring they are clearly labeled and stored appropriately.
