Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to support the Training Manager in the execution and management of corporate training programs. The role involves coordination, outreach, content support, and operational tasks to ensure smooth delivery of training services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training schedules, trainers, venues, and participant logistics
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and trainers for smooth execution
- Maintain training calendars, records, and documentation
- Conduct cold email campaigns and follow-ups with prospects
- Manage LinkedIn outreach for lead generation and networking
- Support business development through research and prospect identification
- Identify and approach trainers and subject matter experts
- Maintain and update a database of trainers and professionals
- Assist in screening profiles and coordinating initial discussions
- Format, edit, and proofread proposals and training materials
- Ensure consistency in all client-facing documents
- Assist in preparing presentations and course outlines
- Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Track project progress and provide updates
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred)
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in coordination, HR, L&D, or administrative roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills
- Experience in outreach (emailing, LinkedIn, follow-ups) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn

Pay: Rs35,000.00 per month
