Job Overview

PSA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training & OD Manager to design, manage, and deliver professional training programs for the solar industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for certification-based training, organizational development initiatives, and capacity-building programs aligned with national and international solar standards.
This role requires strong communication skills, a calm and effective teaching style, and hands-on experience in structured training environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement training & organizational development programs for solar professionals
• Plan and deliver certification-based training programs in collaboration with relevant institutions
• Conduct technical, soft skills, and compliance training aligned with solar industry standards
• Coordinate with internal teams, training partners, and external stakeholders
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning modules
• Maintain training documentation, reports, and certification records
• Support workforce development initiatives and skill enhancement programs under PSA
• Ensure training delivery is clear, calm, engaging, and easy to understand
• Assist in developing learning frameworks, SOPs, and competency matrices

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in Training & OD, preferably within the solar, renewable energy, or technical training sector
• Experience in certification training is mandatory
• Candidates with experience at Tevita College will be highly preferred
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Calm, professional, and learner-focused teaching approach
• Ability to manage multiple training programs and stakeholders
