Training Solutions Partnership Specialist

The Training Solutions Partnership Specialist will be an integral part of Classera’s EdTech Partnerships team, focusing on identifying, developing, and managing relationships with training content and service providers. The aim is to expand the Classera Partner Network (CPN), build a strong sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth through strategic partner collaboration.

This role encompasses partnership acquisition, business development, partner enablement, and internal coordination to support sales initiatives. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance Classera’s go-to-market strategies and expand its training ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Generation:

  • Develop deep insights into the corporate training market across key regions and align partnership strategy accordingly.
  • Build a reliable network within target customer groups (corporates and organizations).
  • Actively contribute to achieving and surpassing sales revenue goals set by leadership.
  • Partner with the sales team to design and execute campaigns and strategic initiatives to promote CPN offerings.
  • Generate leads through partners, coordinate qualification, and support deal closures in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Track and manage a healthy pipeline of partnership-driven opportunities.
  • Prepare compelling sales proposals, handle stakeholder engagement, and address challenges to close deals effectively.
  • Facilitate matchmaking between customers and training partners while supporting contract negotiations and execution.
  • Provide market insights and tactical support for the Business Development team to secure major deals and strategic wins.
  • Collaborate with Classera’s global sales force to position CPN partners as value enhancers alongside Classera’s solutions.

Partnership Management & Expansion

  • Identify and onboard new training content partners across target markets to expand the CPN.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and ongoing collaboration.
  • Maintain active relationships with partner marketing and sales teams.
  • Strengthen internal coordination with Marketing, Sales, Partner Success, Product Integration, and Channel Management to deliver cohesive go-to-market execution.

Marketing & Enablement

  • Lead or support co-branded marketing campaigns with strategic partners.
  • Organize and deliver internal and external training sessions on partner offerings.
  • Design cross-selling initiatives to promote both Classera and partner solutions to mutual clients.
  • Contribute to bundled solutions, promotions, and collaborative product strategies with partners.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or partnership roles with strong client-facing exposure.
  • At least 3 years of domain expertise in the corporate or professional training sector.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic account management and partner-driven growth.
  • Solid understanding of the entire sales lifecycle—from prospecting and influencing to negotiation and closing.
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems, negotiating commercial agreements, and managing long-term relationships.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is required.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work across functions and geographies.
  • Excellent multitasking and project management abilities across new and renewal business efforts.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and sales presentation/design tools.
