Transformation Manager
Job Description
Innovation Leadership: Identify new opportunities for innovation in products, services, and processes, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
Transformation Management: Lead and manage transformation projects to optimize business processes, integrate new technologies, and improve organizational efficiency.
Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies for innovation and transformation that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather insights, understand challenges, and ensure alignment and buy-in for innovation and transformation initiatives.
Change Management: Design and execute change management plans to facilitate successful adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization.
Research and Development: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform and inspire innovation strategies.
Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of innovation and transformation efforts, reporting progress to senior leadership.
Resource Management: Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful completion of projects.
Transformation & Innovation Delivery
- Own and manage a portfolio of transformation and innovation initiatives with clearly quantified benefits (operational, financial, or CX impact).
- Lead end‑to‑end process assessments and define transformation roadmaps aligned with business and client priorities.
- Drive automation, digitization, and continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, or similar methodologies.
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to discover, qualify, realize, and sustain transformation opportunities.
- Facilitate co‑innovation and ideation sessions , business reviews, client visits, and transformation councils.
- Support new account onboarding by embedding transformation and automation opportunities early in the engagement lifecycle.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Quality, Training, IT, Analytics, Automation, and Account Management teams to ensure integrated delivery.
- Validate technical feasibility, financial benefits, and scalability of proposed solutions before deployment.
Governance, Reporting & Enablement
- Track and report transformation KPIs, benefits realization, and ROI to leadership and stakeholders.
- Provide training, coaching, and awareness sessions to cascade transformation methodologies and best practices.
- Contribute to strategic roadmaps, executive reviews, and management business reviews (MBRs).
Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in business transformation, process improvement, or automation roles
- Hands‑on knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma,Project management Design Thinking, Automation or Digital Transformation frameworks
- Proven ability to deliver measurable business impact across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
