Responsible for growing the travel agency’s business, managing operations, and leading sales and client relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Increase sales for flights, hotels, tours, and travel packages.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, bookings, and team performance.
- Plan marketing campaigns and promote travel services.
- Prepare sales reports and assist with budgeting.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers.
Requirements
- Experience in travel sales or agency management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of travel systems (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team.
