Air Aid Travels (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Ticketing Officer with at least one year of experience in the ticketing or travel industry. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong customer service skills and proficiency in ticketing software, including Sabre and Amadeus reservation systems. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to efficiently manage reservations and ticket issuance to enhance customer satisfaction. The Ticketing Officer will work independently and ensure all travel ticketing processes comply with company policies and industry standards.

  • Use ticketing systems such as Sabre and Amadeus to create, change, and cancel reservations accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their travel needs and provide appropriate ticketing options.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, ticket issuance, and payment transactions following company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with airlines and other travel service providers to confirm ticket availability and resolve discrepancies.
  • Stay updated with industry regulations, fare rules, and promotional offers to advise customers correctly.
  • Assist in handling special requests such as group bookings, ticket refunds, and reissues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all ticketing activities.
  • Support the sales team by providing accurate fare information and ticketing details when needed.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of new ticketing software updates and reservation system functionalities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs35,000.00 per month
