Travel Consultant

We are a tourism company looking for a experienced travel consultant for our brand Arabian Explorers. Arabian Explorers creates the ultimate tailor-made holidays for Groups and Individuals in the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose

As a Tourism Consultant, you are expected to provide personalized and exceptional travel experiences to clients by understanding their unique preferences, needs, and expectations. Your aim is to create bespoke itineraries that reflect the individual interests of each client, selecting the most suitable accommodations and activities to ensure a memorable and fulfilling travel experience.

Responsibilities :

• Managing, planning and assisting with clients’ travel preferences and creating a tailored itinerary based on their budgets.
• Organising end-to-end services like booking tickets, accommodation, travel, and transportation.
• Documenting and maintaining records of clients’ payments, invoices, and other travel-related bookings in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements :

• You must be based in Dubai
• Proven experience, minimum of 1 year in a similar role within the travel industry
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to convert enquiries into bookings.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for travel and a genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service.
• Fluency in English and Multilingual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,200.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
